Can I buy a checker for a customer?
Yes. BECE and WASSCE vouchers are available for resale or for family and friends. The recipient uses the serial number and PIN to access their own results.
What does the candidate need to check a result?
The official portal asks for the index number, examination type and year, voucher serial number and PIN. A date of birth may also be required for the selected examination.
Is a result checker the same as a placement checker?
No. A result checker gives access to WAEC examination results. A placement checker is for school placement, which is a separate service.
Can a voucher release a withheld result?
No. Result publication, withheld results and grade corrections are handled by WAEC. A checker provides access to results that WAEC has released.
