Terms of service.

This website is the GNMTA ASHBA Zone association initiative at ashbastudentdata.com. Use it lawfully and with respect for other members of the community. Contact support@ashbastudentdata.com if you have a question about these terms.

Descriptions of planned services explain what we are preparing. They are not a guarantee of availability, pricing, eligibility, delivery speed or earnings. Additional service terms will be presented before orders, applications or agent activation are accepted.

Network, bundle size, price, validity where applicable, recipient requirements, delivery information and any fees must be shown before you confirm a future order. You are responsible for reviewing the recipient number and selected network.

We intend to offer Mobile Money and card payments. Only the methods shown at checkout will be available. Never share a Mobile Money PIN, card PIN or one-time password with association staff. A payment confirmation and a fulfilment confirmation are separate events; do not assume a pending payment or order has failed and repeat it.

Result-checker vouchers provide access to available examination results on the applicable official WAEC portal. Choose the correct examination and candidate category, and follow WAEC’s current instructions and usage limits.

We cannot alter examination results, promise a result-release date or guarantee the availability of WAEC’s websites. A voucher serial and PIN are sensitive: keep them private and report an invalid or already-used voucher through the support process that will be provided at purchase.

MTN AFA is a planned registration service. Eligibility, tariffs, charges, required information, processing arrangements and consent requirements will be confirmed before applications open. Registration is subject to the applicable network’s approval and terms.

We do not guarantee approval, a specific call rate or a processing time. Do not submit identity documents through email or informal channels. Only use the application process published when the service becomes available.

The agent programme is in preparation. Access, activation charges if any, pricing, margins, acceptable selling practices, withdrawals and suspension rules will be provided before an agent joins.

No income, customer volume or profit is promised. Agents must not misrepresent their relationship with the association or any network or examination body.

Before checkout launches, service-specific cancellation and refund rules, support steps and expected handling times will be published. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Digital products can be difficult to cancel once correctly delivered or revealed. This does not remove rights relating to invalid, undelivered or incorrectly supplied products. Any future disputed payment or uncertain delivery must be investigated before a final refund decision is made.

Do not use the site for fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access, interference, malicious code or unlawful collection of other people’s information. Do not attempt to obtain someone else’s voucher, identity or account data.

The association crest, site design and original content may not be used to impersonate the association. Network names and WAEC belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement or an official partnership.

We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but may correct, update or temporarily suspend it. External websites and network services are controlled by their operators.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability for fraud or other matters for which exclusion is prohibited. You remain responsible for your own device security and for verifying information before a future transaction.

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern. This does not limit your access to a competent regulator or court.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. Material transaction terms will be provided before you commit to the relevant service.
